Yesterday was the bad dream that we may all have feared was coming.  A TV spectacle of the divisions that run deeply in this country today.

 It is of course naive to suggest that we all need to just get along but the reality is that we really do.  We certainly don’t need to think the same way, constructive differences lead to creative solutions, but we absolutely need to disagree in civil, non threatening terms.

 Slipping out of format for today we have “Peace Train” where Cat Stevens  asks “why must we go on hating” but suggests that there is a better way that could be.

 Stay safe and well...let’s hope out on the edge of darkness there is a peace train coming to take this country home again.
