This is simply a nice and interesting song.

 Cannons are an American indie-pop-synthwave band formed in 2013 in Los Angeles. The band consists of lead vocalist Michelle Joy, guitarist Ryan Clapham, and keyboardist and drummer Paul Davis.

 Clapham and Davis, who have been friends since childhood, began composing music together in their teenage years. In 2013 as they were seeking a singer for their musical project  and after posting an advertisement on the website Craigslist, apparently a good place to look for band members, they connected with Joy Lapham,

 “Fire for You” from Cannons’ fourth album/CD Shadows, was a 2019 number one song on the US Alternative list.

 Stay safe and well...be on fire for someone and not in the past tense like in this song.
