Valentine’s Day is getting closer and here’s another piece for the mixtape, “Precious & Few”.

 This is a number three song from 1972 that sold over one million copies and it delivers some magic moments in a lovely romantic ballad.

 This song was actually recorded by most of the members of The Outsiders who had a big hit in 1966 with “Time Won’t Let Me” but because the remaining band members did not own the band name they had to become Climax.  Both tunes were performed by the same lead singer Sonny Geraci and the song was written by the band's guitarist Walter Nims.

 For our purpose though this tune moves along our mixtape with sentiments that express being in love as one of those precious and few moments that just can't compare. Which of course it is.
